  • Identify leads: research the industry, identify target organizations, figure out which prospects are most relevant to our services / products and identify key client
  • Manage own sales pipeline: creative communicating, managing discussions, and building relationships is key; build a pipeline of business through identification of new clients in addition to close partnership with our marketing team; spend a significant amount of time making calls, sending emails to prospects; share and collaborate with other colleagues on new services / features / campaigns
  • Land meetings and pitch sales / partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with Director of BD: convert leads into new business; support with account management-bettering the chances for renewal on partnership or to create new revenue opportunities; report sales status and performance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 01 year of experience in a similar position
  • Comfortable working in a customer facing role
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently
  • Familiarity with office tools: Google Docs / Sheets / Slides or MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Self motivated and demonstrated ability to motivate others around you
